The Tanzanian U20 Men’s National Team, Ngorongoro Heroes will play two international friendly matches against Morocco and Mozambique.
Tanzania will host the three-nation tournament that runs from 17 March to 21 March 2018 in Dar.
This will be Tanzania’s first action since they last participated in the 2015 U20 African Cup of Nations qualifiers in 2014.
Ngorongoro Heroes will open their account with a clash against Morocco on Saturday, 17 March at the National Stadium in Dar.
Two days later, Morocco will take on Mozambique on Monday at the same venue.
Tanzania’s second and final match of the tournament will be against Mozambique on Thursday, 21 March.
Newly appointed head coach Amy Ninje had earlier selected 40 players who will be trimmed to a final squad of 30 players who will participate in the tournament that is used as preparation for the forthcoming 2019 U20 African Cup of Nations qualifier against DR Congo on 31 March, 2018.
The squad includes most of the players who were part of the U17 National Team that took part in the 2017 U17 African Cup of Nations tournament in Gabon.
